To be eligible for Next Day delivery, your order has to be placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday.

We only ship to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.

Next Day Delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, rural and remote areas.

Returns label can be obtained for free from our Returns Portal.

Clearance items, bedding, underwear, some special offer products and certain other items, cannot be returned for a refund. This will be stated on the product page.

It means that labels will either be taken off, cut off, or crossed over - however you`ll still be able to tell which of your favourite brands this is.
