At You Know Who’s, we aim to keep things simple. Enjoy fast, reliable delivery—and if it’s not quite right, no worries. We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

  • Free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £50
  • Orders using Next Day Delivery are dispatched same day when placed before 12PM Monday to Thursday (except bank holidays).
  • Orders placed during Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • YODEL Next Day Delivery* and Standard Delivery (UK Mainland) excludes Saturday & Sunday, as well as Bank Holidays.
    • YODEL Standard (Under 3kg) is up to 7 working days.

    • YODEL Standard (Over 3kg) is up to 7 working days.

    *Please note YODEL Next Day Delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, rural and remote areas. Orders to these regions automatically will be sent on YODEL's Two Day service.

     

    Returns Policy:

    We have a FREE 14-day returns policy.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (where applicable).

    • SALE items are non-returnable
    • We are unable to accept the returns on pillows, duvets and bedding due to hygiene reasons.
    • Please note underwear is also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
    • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

    We shall send you a link to obtain your label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues:

    Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.

     

    Exchanges:

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Refunds:

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return which may take up to 7 working days depending on demand. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The original postage costs are non-refundable.

    Please note it can take several working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund - we can't control this.
