The items we offer come from high street brands you know and love, as well as some of the UK’s (and the world’s) favourite online retailers. Since we’re a discount reseller of branded clothing, we sometimes aren’t able to advertise the brand names directly, and in some cases, we have agreements to remove the labels—this is known as "cut label," where we simply snip out the label to meet legal requirements. This is one of the ways we’re able to bring you genuine branded clothing at such fantastic prices!

We offer thousands of items from a wide range of high street brands, each with its own unique sizing. As a result, creating a single size guide to cover all brands isn't possible. However, we're committed to providing as much sizing information as we can for each product. We're always working to improve and ensure you have access to accurate sizing details.

There are several reasons why brands might choose to clear out their clothing stock:

1. End of Season: At the end of a season, brands often need to make room for new collections. Clothing from the previous season may be sold off to discount retailers at a lower price.
2. Overstock: Sometimes brands produce more items than they can sell at full price. To clear excess inventory, they’ll sell the surplus to discount outlets.
3. Discontinued Lines: When a brand decides to stop producing a particular style or line, they’ll sell off the remaining stock, allowing them to focus on newer designs.
4. Minor Imperfections: Clothing with small imperfections that don’t meet the brand’s strict quality standards may be sold off at a discount. These are usually minor issues that don’t affect the overall quality or wearability of the item. For example: the colour of the garment may be slightly different from what was intended—perhaps it’s a shade lighter or darker. This doesn’t diminish the overall quality.
5. Rebranding changes: When a brand updates its logo or undergoes rebranding, they may need to offload old stock that features the previous branding.

Our customer service team works Monday to Friday from 8 till 16.30. Emails sent outside of working hours will be replied to on the next working day.

We do not offer exchanges, but you can send your item back (refer to the Returns) and place a new order with another size.

Usually we aim to ship orders the next working day, however this time of year is quite busy for us, so delivery times are a bit slower. You should expect your order to be with you within 3-5 working days.  You can learn more about our delivery services and shipping policy here.

To cancel your order, please send us an email through Contact Us page as soon as possible. Make sure to include your order number, too.

To arrange a return, please go to our Returns page and fill our the form, - you will receive a free shipping label to send the unwanted items back. Please note, we can only accept items within 14 days of delivery and in original condition & original package.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sometimes we run out of stock very fast and sometimes it is a simple human mistake. Either way, please reach out to us via Contact Us page and let us know your order number and what items are missing. We will do our best to sort this out.

Find email with your Gift Card confirmation and click on View Gift Card button. You will see a long code consisting of numbers and letters - copy it and paste it at the checkout. Your Gift Card balance will be used as the primary payment option.

You can use your Gift Card alongside with other payment options. Gift Card will be applied in a way of discount code and if there is not enough balance to cover your order, simply add another payment method for the remaining balance of the order.

Yes, you can.

If you paid your order in full with Gift Card, then the refunded money will go back to the Gift Card. If only part of your order was paid by Gift Card, then the refund will be redistributed to the Gift Card first, up to the initial amount, and only then to other payment options you used.
