WHERE ARE THE CLOTHES FROM / WHAT BRANDS THEY ARE FROM?

As a discounted reseller, we cannot disclose the names of the brands on particular items, but you are familiar with most of them. We sell clothes from M&S, Next, River Island, Dorothy Perkins and many more.

WHERE I CAN FIND A SIZE CHART?

We sell items from various high street brands and each one of them has it`s own sizing chart, so it would be impossible to create a standard size guide for all items across all brands. However, most of the products now have a size chart on the product page.

WHY HAS NO ONE REPLIED TO MY EMAIL?

Our customer service team works Monday to Friday from 8 till 16.30. Emails sent outside of working hours will be replied to on the next working day.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

We do not offer an exchanges, but you can send your item back (refer to the Returns) and place a new order with another size.

HOW FAST IS THE DELIVERY?

Usually we aim to ship orders the next working day, however this time of year is quite busy for us, so delivery times are a bit slower. You should expect your order to be with you within a week. HOW DO I CANCEL THE ORDER?

To cancel your order, please send us an email through Contact Us page as soon as possible. Make sure to include your order number, too.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To arrange a return, please go to our Returns page and fill our the form, - you will receive a free shipping label to send the unwanted items back. Please note, we can only accept items within 14 days of delivery and in original condition & original package.

I HAVE SENT ITEMS BACK. WHEN WILL I GET A RETURN?

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

THERE ARE ITEMS MISSING FROM MY ORDER

Sometimes we run out of stock very fast and sometimes it is a simple human mistake. Either way, please reach out to us via Contact Us page and let us know your order number and what items are missing. We will do our best to sort this out.

How do I use a Gift Card?

Find email with your Gift Card confirmation and click on View Gift Card button. You will see a long code consisting of numbers and letters - copy it and paste it at the checkout. Your Gift Card balance will be used as a primary payment option. Learn more about Gift Cards here.

I want to pay with Gift Card, but there is not enough balance on it

You can use your Gift Card alongside with other payment options. Gift Card will be applied in a way of discount code and, if there is not enough balance to cover for your order, simply add Credit Card or other payment option to cover for the rest of the order. Learn more about Gift Cards here.
