Shipping Policy:

  • Next Day dispatch for orders placed before midday Monday - Thursday.
  • Orders placed during Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • YODEL Next Day Delivery and Standard Delivery (UK Mainland) excludes Saturday & Sunday, as well as Bank Holidays.
  • Please note YODEL Next Day Delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, rural and remote areas. Orders to these regions automatically will be sent on YODEL's Two Day service
    • YODEL Standard (Under 3kg ) is 2-3 working days

    • YODEL Standard (Over 3kg ) is 2-3 working days

    • Free Delivery on UK orders over £35

    Returns Policy:

    We have a 14-day return policy

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (where applicable).

    • SALE items are non-returnable
    • We are unable to accept the returns on pillows, duvets and bedding due to hygiene reasons
    • Please note underwear is also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
    • Delivery charges are non-refundable

    Damages and issues:

    Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The original postage costs are non-refundable.

    Please note it can take several working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
