Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

  • Same day dispatch for orders place before midday Monday - Friday.
  • Orders placed Monday will be despatched Tuesday.
  • Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be despatched Monday.
  • DPD Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland) excludes Saturday & Sunday
  • Please note DPD Next Day Delivery excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. Orders to these regions automatically will be sent on DPD's Two Day service
    • Hermes Economy Delivery 2-3 working days

    • Hermes Express Delivery 1-2 working days
    • Free Delivery on UK orders over £50
    • Please note, where applicable, orders sent to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands will be sent via Royal Mail to avoid 3rd parties being used, outside of our preferred couriers.

    Returns Policy:

    We have a 14-day return policy


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (where applicable).

    *SALE items are non-returnable. 

    *We are unable to accept the returns on pillows, duvets and bedding due to hygiene reasons.

    *Please note underwear is also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

    We shall send you a link to obtain your label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues:

    Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.

    Exchanges:

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds:

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The original postage costs are non-refundable.

    Please note it can take several working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
